Bodyboard Surfer: Power Team Exploration Unit
Art Design: Colorful window box clearly displays the 12" Power Team Bodyboard Surfer and his gear. The back of the box has photos of the current  Exploration Unit wave of Power Team Elite figures produced by M&C Toys.
Headsculpt: The headsculpt has an incredibly realistic face. He also has a very interesting look on his face. He could be about to smile, or he could be  shooting someone with a silencer pistol. This face looks like it could be from around thirty to forty five years old. To me, this figure has a familiar face. The four possibilities are actor Miguel Ferrer (Crossing Jordan), Christopher Eccleston (Dr. Who in 2005), comedian Dom Irrera, and Lloyd Bridges. JD Taylor suggested Jerry Van Dyke (Coach),and he is getting the most votes. If you think you know who this action figure looks like, post your thoughts at the Power Team Elite list!
Articulation: This is a Dragon style ultra-articulated body. The Power Team body has a peg in the elbow that allows it to turn an un-natural 360 degrees.
Outfit: The Bodyboard Surfer is dressed with a Hawaiian style print shirt that would look good on a Magnum P.I. kitbash. The shorts look like bathing shorts, and they are a cool accessory for any 12" figure collector. Perhaps the best gear are the red and black sneakers that look a lot like Nike Air Jordans.
Gear: An excellent cooler with carrying handles and a removable tray with a section for the hot dog. The hot dog looks alright, but the middle is the same color as the bun. The two glasses are a dull orange color just like the bottle. The sun glasses are red with silver lenses. The soda cans have nice graphics on the labels. The bodyboard and volleyball are accurately detailed and they look good.
Overall: The figure and headsculpt is awesome. I found a nice German WWII  outfit for him. The shirt and Nike shoes  are excellent, and the cooler is perfect for any Adventure Team ATV or Jeep.
Price/Availability: Several regional  Supermarkets, KB Toys, some regional pharmacies, some Big Lots, various  clearance stores, and online dealers  have these Power Team sets. The price ranges from $6.99 to $12.99 for them.
